Shipping policy

Effective Date: September 4, 2025


1. Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after business hours will be processed the following business day.

A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery:

At checkout, customers may choose from:

Standard Shipping (3–4 business days) – $9.95

Express Shipping (1–2 business days) – $19.95

UPS Ground – carrier-calculated rate based on your location

Delivery times listed are carrier estimates and do not include order processing time.

We currently ship within the United States only.


3. Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and are based on the method selected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.


4. Damaged or Lost Packages:

Report any damages within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier, and replacements will be arranged if verified.


5. Order Tracking:

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.
