Shipping policy
Effective Date: September 4, 2025
1. Processing Time:
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Orders placed after business hours will be processed the following business day.
• A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery:
• At checkout, customers may choose from:
• Standard Shipping (3–4 business days) – $9.95
• Express Shipping (1–2 business days) – $19.95
• UPS Ground – carrier-calculated rate based on your location
• Delivery times listed are carrier estimates and do not include order processing time.
• We currently ship within the United States only.
3. Shipping Costs:
• Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and are based on the method selected.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages:
• Report any damages within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damaged product and packaging.
• Lost packages will be investigated with the carrier, and replacements will be arranged if verified.
5. Order Tracking:
• A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships.
• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.
