Return Policy Get The Four Elements
Effective Date: September 4,2025
At Get The Four Elements, LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our product, we maintain the following strict return policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
• Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Used products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance.
2. Damaged or Defective Items:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of damage.
• At our discretion, we may send a replacement glass bottle or part instead of a full kit.
3. Return Process:
• Email contact@gt4e.net with order number and reason for return. Approved returns will receive instructions and an RA number.
• Customers cover return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged.
4. Refunds:
• Refunds issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
• Opened, used, or customer-damaged items.
• Items without authorization.
• Clearance/final-sale items.
6. Shipping & Processing:
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Shipping options available at checkout:
• Standard Shipping (3–4 business days) – $9.95
• Express Shipping (1–2 business days) – $19.95
• UPS Ground – carrier-calculated rates (price varies by location).
• Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
